Membership: Chairperson, current and former Elders, and church members

Staff Liaison: Pastor, Associate Pastor, Administrator, Music Director

Functions:

a) Regular Sunday Services 1) Ushers and after-service greeters 2) Acolytes 3) Floral and candles 4) Acoustics

b) Communion services 1) Preparation 2) Scheduling of servers 3) Clean up 4) Annually prepare for welcoming baptized children

c) Music Program

d) Other: 1) “Chrismon” tree 2) Written report of committee activities to be submitted following committee meetings 3) Other functions as requested by the Session, Pastor, Associate Pastor, or other staff members

Recommendations: Meet once as scheduled; monitor budget expenditures

Under the direction of the Subcommittee on Personnel, the Chair shall assist in the annual evaluation of the music staff
