Music is an integral part of the life and worship of First Presbyterian Church. Through its ministry, the various choirs and instrumentalists seek to lead the congregation in meaningful worship. The variety of the music program reaches out to people and involves them in the life of the church and community. Rehearsals build friendships and informal support groups as well as challenge those involved to reach toward musical excellence through singing and ringing. The time and dedication is rewarded by the strengthening of each individual’s faith and knowing that the musical expression may touch someone else’s life through hearing the word of God in a different way bringing new meaning to the message. Come be a part of this important ministry. Sing and ring a new song to the Glory of God.
