The Reverend Caroline A. Jinkins, Associate Pastor

Caroline A. Jinkins was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and first grew in faith at Myers Park Presbyterian Church.  After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she moved to Manhattan and worked as a healthcare consultant.  While in New York, her involvement at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church enabled her to sense a call to Princeton Theological Seminary.  Her husband, Jeremy, serves as Pastor to Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church of Princess Anne in Virginia Beach.  They are close to their families in Kentucky, New York, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.  In her spare time, Caroline enjoys running, reading, yoga, music, and Tar Heel basketball.  You can follow her blog on how faith shapes her life at http://thereverendmrs.wordpress.com  Caroline feels privileged to serve as Associate Pastor to the First Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach.   She believes that Christians are called to be in relationship as they journey through faith.  She envisions the body of Christ as a community which worships, learns, grows, and serves as a mirror of God’s grace.
